Production:
Our products are handcrafted and infused utilizing 100% organic herbs and oils. During the infusion process some herbal specs may seep through and you may notice some herbs inside of your bottle. Along with its' intended use, ALL products also have ingredients which stimulate hair growth. Gracefully Coiled's products are not guaranteed to work on everyone's hair. Please consult with a doctor regarding any medical inquiries.

Replacements, Returns, & Refunds:
In the event that your order is incorrect, we ask that you send a photo of the item you received via email, and we will replace the item within 72 hours.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted as all sales are final. Any shipping issues with lost or damaged items will need to be addressed with the postal service as all products are insured. In this event, we do ask that you forward documentation regarding your claim to us by email.
Items that are delivered or undelivered lost/stolen may be reissued within 72 hours followed by a filed claim with the postal service.
